In order to improve the service quality, starting April 20, 2018 Vietnam Airlines has been arranging various check-in counters for priority passengers:
– Business Class passengers: Check-in at the Business counter;
– Lotusmiles members (including Platinum, Gold, Titanium), SkyTeam Elite Plus, Elite members: Check-in at SkyPriority counters;
– Premium Economy Class passengers (departure from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City): Check-in at the Premium Economy counter.
At the airports, where setting up separate counters is not feasible, priority passengers will check in at the Business counter along with Business and Premium Economy class passengers.
The new procedures have begun at domestic terminals at the airports of Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, Cam Ranh and Vinh as well at several overseas airports in Frankfurt (Germany), Domodedovo (Russia), Narita (Japan), Sydney, Melbourne (Australia), Incheon, Busan (South Korea), Taoyuan (Taipei, Taiwan), Hong Kong, Siem Reap (Cambodia), Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok, Thailand), Changi (Singapore) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). At other airports, where priority counters cannot be set up separately, passengers travelling on relevant classes will check-in at one priority counter.
