Vietnam Airlines uses QR Code for payment
Vietnam Airlines has officially begun using QR Code for payments via domestic payment gateways on its website www.vietnamairlines.com and at all official booking offices nationwide since late June, 2018 as it seeks to further improve the service quality.
This payment method, conducted via the gateways Napas (Momo, Moca application) and VNPay (Mobile Banking application, Internet banking and bank accounts), has been used by many banks to meet the demand for a quick, convenient and secure payment without using cash or bank cards. With a smartphone, Vietnam Airlines customers can complete payment on the airline’s website anytime and anywhere. It also helps simplify payment steps while enhancing security as the customer’s account information is encrypted, and no bank card details are required.
With the expansion of payment modality using QR Code, Vietnam Airlines once again affirms its leading position in utilizing digital technology to keep up with the current trend, putting it on the same rank with other airlines in the world.
