System management fee imposed

Lotusmiles Program would like to inform of several changes to the fees applied to award tickets as of July 5, 2018.

1. Adjusting the Service Fee:

• The service fee is no longer levied on tickets issued at www.vietnamairlines.com and via Vietnam Airlines mobile apps (Previously the fees were VND 50,000/domestic ticket and USD 7/international ticket);
• For tickets issued at Vietnam Airlines booking office: The fee collection remains unchanged.

2. Adding the System Management Fee: Applied only to Economy-class award tickets for flights operated by Vietnam Airlines, or on hard-blocked seats flights with designated carrier code VN on ticket. Details are as follows:

• Award tickets issued at booking offices in Vietnam: Applied to all routings;
• Award tickets issued at booking offices abroad: Not applied;
• Award tickets issued at website/Vietnam Airlines mobile apps: Applied to all domestic flights within Viet Nam and the international routings with departure from Vietnam.

These fee changes are also applied to the purchased Economy Classic and Economy Lite tickets.
