Vietnam Airlines would like to announce:

In line with the latest regulations by the Thai Immigration Bureau, Vietnam Airlines passengers, who are Lotusmiles Platinum and SkyTeam’s Elite Plus members travelling on Economy Class, will not temporarily be able to use priority services at the immigration entry at Bangkok’s airport.

Business Class passengers and passengers classified in special cases including people aged more than 65 years, children below two years, monks, diplomatic passport holders and official passport holders are still able to use priority services at the immigration entry.

We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Note: The policy for priority immigration services at Bangkok airports’ Departure remains unchanged (Applied to the above mentioned passengers, Lotusmiles Platinum and SkyTeam’s Elite Plus members).
