From September 2018, Vietnam Airlines has added a feature of hotel booking on its website www.vietnamairlines.com, allowing customers to choose either air tickets, hotel booking or a package of the two items.
The hotel reservation service gives travellers a chance to book accommodation in many destinations around the world, with a variety of room types. At the same time, they can also look for hotels using maps, star rating, by utility or area, and can refer to reviews posted on the TripAdvisor website. In terms of expenses, the room rates are updated directly from providers and seasonally adjusted to ensure flexibility, reasonability and accuracy.
The online hotel booking is a new feature in VNA Holidays product, offering customers more choice for room reservation.
Vietnam Airlines first launched VNA Holidays in December 2014 and customers at the time could only book hotel with air tickets on the website. The airline will soon continue to introduce other functions such as car rental, golf etc. Vietnam Airlines also creates maximum convenience for customers by allowing various modern and fast ways of payment.
The online hotel booking is included in the VNA Holidays product sold on the airline’s official website www.vietnamairlines.com.
