The eligible age of customers who wish to enroll Lotusmiles will be amended as below:

All individuals aged 16 years or above, regardless of nationality, who have citizenship, a regular mailing address and do not contravene the law of their home country, will be eligible for Lotusmiles enrollment.

The members, aged below 16 years and who will have joined Lotusmiles before November 1, 2018 are still eligible members.

To enhance the security of members’ account, whenever contacting Lotusmiles, members should call from the registered phone number or send email from the registered email address.

Members should send authorization email to Lotusmiles to inform if someone will take care of their accounts.
