After a year of successful cooperation, Vietnam Airlines and the Vingroup will further the partnership in order to bring more benefits to Lotusmiles members. Members of the frequent flyer program can convert miles to VinID points at the following rate:

A minimum exchange is 10,000 miles, a maximum is 100,000 miles/year. The new cooperation takes place as of December 1, 2018.

The cooperation between the two firms has created benefits and a new trend in consumerism. By converting miles to VinID points, Lotusmiles members can enjoy shopping with attractive discounts at Vingroup network covering Vinmart, Vinmart +, Vinmec, Vinschool etc.

• VinID awards are applied only to members.
• The conversion of VinID points to Lotusmiles miles is suspended until further notice.
