Lotusmiles has begun a partnership with Grab since December 2018 to bring more benefits to members. Under the deal, Lotusmiles members, who use the Grab ride hailing app, can exchange GrabRewards points for Lotusmiles miles at the following rates:

Miles can be redeemed for Vietnam Airlines valuable awards such as free tickets, free excess baggage, access to Lotus lounge etc.
Welcoming the new partnership, members of the frequent flyer program will have their miles doubled for converting GrabRewards points into Lotusmiles miles from now on till March 31, 2019, with details below:
