Lotusmiles Program would like to inform the following adjustments to the System Management surcharge, applied to the Economy-class award tickets for flights operated by Vietnam Airlines, or to the hard-blocked seats on flights with designated carrier code VN on ticket as of March 4, 2019:
- Award tickets issued at Booking offices outside Vietnam/website/Vietnam Airlines mobile app: Applied to all flights within Vietnam and the international journeys with departure from Vietnam.
- Award tickets issued at booking offices in Vietnam: Applied to all flights.
The System Management surcharge will be collected as follows:
