In addition to the current incentives for Platinum tier, Million Miles members are also offered with “Meet&Greet” service, specifically involving personal assistance by Vietnam Airlines staff at check-ins, departures, security checks, Lotus lounge, boarding and in-flight services as the members board on international flights leaving Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
