Lotusmiles Program would like to advise that Lotusmiles members will be randomly selected to join a survey between now and November 30, 2019 on the following issues:

• The service quality of the Lotusmiles Center, providing member care at telephone 1900 1800, email vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com and lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com;
• Member’s experience when using privileges as per the membership tier while travelling with Vietnam Airlines;
• The experience with using co-branded cards issued by Vietnam Airlines and banking partners for expenses.

The survey will be performed from the following phone numbers: 098 996 6874; 090 139 8158; 035 824 1847; 036 401 0600; 090 464 4258.

Members joining the survey will each be awarded with 500 miles.

Members’ valuable opinion will serve as an important basis to evaluate the service, based on which Lotusmiles Program will delegate solutions to improve the service quality for members.
