Vietnam Airlines has officially launched the telephone check-in service since April, 2019, becoming the first and only airline in Vietnam to provide such option. The service is applicable to the airline’s domestic flights departing from Tan Son Nhat airport and would be expanded to other airports in the near future.

Taking this option, passengers can call the hotline 1900 6265 from 08:00 to 17:00 daily, for a fee of VND 5,000/minute, between 12 hours and 2 hours before the estimated departure time. Assisted by the operator, passengers will be able to confirm the flight schedule and select the desired seat easily. Boarding pass will be collected at D1 check-in counter of Tan Son Nhat airport’s domestic departure hall.

Apart from the traditional way of completing the procedures at airport counters, the telephone check-in service has now broadened Vietnam Airlines passengers’ convenient options, adding to those existing such as online check-ins via website and mobile app, airport kiosks and in-town check-in sites. The options help passengers avoid worries about queuing at counters or missing their flights because of late check-in, giving better time control and convenience while traveling with Vietnam Airlines.
