Lotusmiles members can enjoy the following additional incentives when traveling on codeshare flights operated by Jetstar Pacific as of May 2, 2019, regardless their tickets are issued by Vietnam Airlines or Jetstar Pacific.

• Free access to Business lounge (*) even when their tickets are on Economy class: Applies to Platinum and Gold members, of whom each Platinum member is entitled to invite one guest traveling on the same flight to the Business lounge.
• Check-in at Priority counter: Applied to Platinum, Gold and Titanium members when boarding Jetstar Pacific flights leaving Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.

Apart from the baggage allowance as per the purchased ticket class, each Lotusmiles member traveling on domestic codeshare flights operated by Jetstar Pacific is also entitled to a free carry of one golf bag, provided that:

• The golf bag’s weight must not exceed 20 kg;
• It contains golf equipment only such as golf clubs (maximum 14 strokes), golf balls (maximum 12 balls), golf shoes (maximum 2 pairs) and tees.

The offer is applied to Platinum, Gold and Titanium members regardless their tickets are issued by Vietnam Airlines or Jetstar Pacific. As for Silver and Registered members, the benefit is applied to the ticket for VN-coded flight.

(*) Not applicable for the Business lounge at Chiang Mai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Osaka airports.
