Vietnam Airlines has launched the “Meet and Greet” services to create a more pleasant and seamless passenger experience. Passengers can select their preferred choice of service (Departure, Arrival or Transit) at Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat airports and simply pass through these facilities fast and easy.
For departure service, Vietnam Airlines staff will meet and accompany passengers through airport formalities such as check-in, priority baggage drop-off, security and immigration handling, and will finally take them to the boarding gate.
Additionally, on arrival, passengers will be met at the airbridge or terminal gate and escorted through any passport control, baggage and customs area and terminal exit.
For transit, Vietnam Airlines staff will welcome passengers at the airbridge or terminal gate and guide them through the transit procedures to the boarding gate of the connecting flight.
The Meet and Greet services help facilitate passengers’ journey at the airport, ensuring a quick arrival, a smooth departure, or a seamless connection. It is particularly beneficial to the elderly, those who are not fluent in other languages or first-time travelers.
Passengers can register and purchase this service at Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices 24 hours prior to departure. Free services for passengers with mobility impairments are also available.
The Meet and Greet services are provided by some of the world’s major carriers including Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Air France and Etihad, to offer passengers hassle-free experience. This reaffirms Vietnam Airlines’ commitment to enhancing onground services and reaching for a 5-star status.
