In order to start earning miles with Lotusmiles, you can claim the missing miles from your flights and other transactions executed in the last 12 months. Details are as follows:

–  Flights with Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific: Within 12 months.

–  Fly with partners’ airlines:

• Air France (AF), Kenya Airways (KQ), Royal Dutch Airlines (KL): Within six months
• Other airlines: Within 12 months.

–  Using services supplied by Lotusmiles’ non-air partners, such as using credit cards for spending, accommodations, telecoms, car renting etc.: Within 6 months.

If miles don’t show up in your account after you’ve taken flights with Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam member airlines, or after using services by non-air partners, you should claim your missing miles.

Please follow either of these ways to claim the missing miles.

Option 1: Claim online (Applied for flight-related miles)

	Log in your account at www.vietnamairlines.com or mobile app
	Choose Claim Missing Miles section
	Insert information of the flight in question
	Send the request and check your account update after three days.

Option 2: Claim at Vietnam Airlines offices/Lotusmiles Center

	Email your request on the claim for missing miles to Lotusmiles or come directly to the nearest Vietnam Airlines branch office.
	Wait for Lotusmiles’ answer or check updates in your account.
