As of September 1, 2019, traveling on flights operated by Jetstar Pacific, Lotusmiles members can enjoy the same benefits as those offered by Vietnam Airlines regardless their tickets are issued by Vietnam Airlines (on code share flights with Jetstar Pacific) or Jetstar Pacific.

(1) Applicable at the airports of Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai and Danang only.

(2) The extra baggage allowance is not applicable for travels on international flights operated by Jetstar Pacific, with carrier code BL on ticket.

(3) Applicable only for domestic flights operated by Jetstar Pacicific. The golf bag’s weight must not exceed 20 kg, containing only golf equipment such as clubs (maximum 14 strokes), balls (maximum 12 golf balls), shoes (maximum 2 pairs) and tees. Items beyond the mentioned-above list are not allowed.

(4) Priority at security screening area/immigration area is applicable only at Vietnam-based airports.

(5) Not applicable to the Business Lounge at the airports in Chiang Mai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Osaka.
