The airport authorities in Malaysia and Japan have made the following announcements on the Fast Lane service for passengers:

• Kuala Lumpur International Airport (Malaysia): As of August 1, 2019, the Fast Lane is reserved for Business Class passengers only at both the departure and arrival halls. Lotusmiles members please refrain from using this service.
  
• Tokyo’s Haneda Airport (Japan): The Fast Lane has been added to the departure hall services reserved for Business Class passengers since October 1, and for Gold members since October 15, 2019. Previously, only Lotusmiles Platinum members could use the service.

Please kindly be noted of these changes at your arrival and departure at Kuala Lumpur and Haneda airports.
