Lotusmiles Program would like to advise that, starting from 16:00 (Vietnam time, GMT+7) on November 21, 2019, Vietnam Airlines will conduct maintenance and upgrade the Vietnam Airlines accounts on Apple’s App Store. The process is expected to last around seven days.

During this period, Lotusmiles members will not be able to download the Vietnam Airlines app from App Store, however, any Vietnam Airlines app already downloaded to your mobile device before 16h00 on November 21, 2019, will still function as normal. 

Vietnam Airlines is looking forward to your sympathy for the inconvenience.
