Vietnam Airlines is scheduled to start the Ho Chi Minh City –Shenzhen route from November 27, 2019, with three flights a week, and another air link between Hanoi and Shenzhen with four flights weekly from November 28, 2019.

The airline will operate Airbus A321s, taking off from Ho Chi Minh City at 22:45 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and from Hanoi at 23:55 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. On the opposite direction, all flights will take off from Shenzhen at 3:35 (local time) and arrive in Ho Chi Minh City every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while they land in Hanoi on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Not only connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with one of China’s most dynamic economic and technology destinations, the new routes will also open up opportunities to explore attractive places in Vietnam and China. Taking advantage of Vietnam Airlines’ extensive network, travelers visiting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City can also further the trip to famous tourist destinations such as Quy Nhon, Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Phu Quoc. Meanwhile, China-bound visitors can explore Shenzhen and surrounding areas such as Guangzhou and Hong Kong before taking Vietnam Airlines’ direct flights from these points to return to Vietnam.
On this occasion, Vietnam Airlines offers a special deal, offering a discount for two-way airfares, starting from USD 19 (USD 145, about VND 3.5 million including taxes and fees) for the Ho Chi Minh City – Shenzhen flight, and USD 29 (USD 155 or VND 3.7 million including taxes and fees) for the Hanoi-Shenzhen journey.

This deal is valid until December 31, 2019.
