Claim Your Missing Miles
Earning miles from the flights you have taken is the simplest way to upgrade your Lotusmiles membership tier.
Please don’t skip any flight, and enjoy every opportunity to earn miles.
Lotusmiles members can claim missing miles by the following steps:

Access your Lotusmiles account on Vietnam Airlines’ website or app |

Select “Claim missing miles” and fill in the information |

Click “Send”. |
You can also contact Vietnam Airlines’ nearest branch and provide documentation of the past flights (such as airline ticket and boarding passes) for further assistance.
For passengers who have yet to become Lotusmiles members, please enroll now to get 1,000 bonus miles (those who sign up on Fridays will receive 2,000 bonus miles) and to be able to claim the miles for the flights taken with Vietnam Airlines or airline partners within six months from the date of enrollment.
