You can also contact Vietnam Airlines’ nearest branch and provide documentation of the past flights (such as airline ticket and boarding passes) for claiming missing miles.
For passengers who are yet to be Lotusmiles members, please enroll now to get 1,000 bonus miles and to claim miles for the flights taken with Vietnam Airlines or airline partners within six months from the date of enrollment.
