Email is one of important personal data and is the communication channel between Lotusmiles Program and its members. Through email, Lotusmiles Program will send you useful information such as Mileage Statement, special deals and new policies of Vietnam Airlines.

According to data in our system, your email address abc@ … is currently registered for the following accounts:

According to Lotusmiles Program’s Rules, each Lotusmiles member is allowed to have only one account and can register one email address for that account only.
Your claim awards, claim missing miles or changing personal information such as personal address, phone number … must be sent from this registered email.

To secure your account, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the members listed above, you are kindly requested send an email from the address abc@ … to updatemail.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com before September 15, 2020 to update the email address for the listed members in the following form:

Note:

• In the email sent to Lotusmiles Program from email abc@ …, You should also copy to the updated emails. The photo ID/identity card or passports of the above mentioned members, whose email needs updating, are requested to attach.
• You are only allowed to keep the email address abc @ … for a single account among the above accounts.
• After September 15, 2020, if you do not update new emails, it is understood that you agree with Lotusmiles program to delete email abc @ … in the same Lotusmiles accounts as mentioned above.
