Starting from September 15, 2020, Vietnam Airlines will introduce the following changes to the way of inviting passengers to the Business Lounge at Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat airports in order to shorten the check-in time.
- Lotusmiles Gold and Platinum members, Business Class passengers and Premium Economy class passengers on domestic flights will be identified by the barcode printed on the boarding pass upon their Business Lounge access, instead of using an invitation card.
- For other passengers eligible to enter the Business Lounge, such as guests traveling with Platinum members or passengers who use vouchers redeemed by award miles…, an invitation card will be handed by the staff during their flight check-in.
The changes apply to passengers traveling on Vietnam Airlines-operated VN-coded flights.
