As per Lotusmiles Program’s Rules, each Lotusmiles member can poses only one account with an unique mobile phone number registered.

In order to better serve the members and to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the members listed above, if your mobile phone number is different from 090…, you are kindly requested to update the phone number for the account 98190393-NGUYEN NGOC TUYEN in the following ways:

• Access Lotusmiles account on mobile app or official website of Vietnam Airlines and select “Personal information” to update a new phone number. The OTP will be sent to the old phone number 09….. Please enter OTP to complete the change of phone number; or
• Send a photo of your personal ID to Lotusmiles with a request to change the phone number from your email registered with the Lotusmiles Program abc @ …. The new phone number will be updated if it is not duplicated with other account’s phone number; or
• Bring your personal ID documents directly to Vietnam Airlines branches for updating new phone number.

Notes: Please update new phone number for that account on or before October 22, 2020.
