As of November 1, 2020, passengers can get an electronic value-added invoice when purchasing tickets and services on Vietnam Airlines website or app. The new function is aimed at raising proactiveness and convenience for passengers when using Vietnam Airlines’ online services.
The launch of online value-added invoices is to ensure passengers’ interest in case of tax payment and deduction. Passengers should note that the value-added invoices are to be issued only at the requests submitted within 72 hours of completing the purchase of tickets and additional services on Vietnam Airlines’ website or its app. After the above time limit, passengers purchasing tickets or services online will not be able to claim the value-added invoice.
