Air ticket purchase by Cash & Miles method
Miles can be used to pay partially, in coordination with cash, or fully the air ticket for VN-coded flights operated by Vietnam Airlines, while they cannot be used for covering taxes, fees and other surcharges.
The minimum mileage required for the ticket purchase is 1,000 miles per guest per flight sector.
Tickets bought jointly by Cash and Miles are eligible for earning miles.

Converting to VinID points
Bonus miles can be converted to VinID points at the following rate: 20 Lotusmiles miles = 1 VinID point. The VinID points are used to pay for services and utilities in Vingroup ecosystem including Vinmart, Vinmart+, Vinmec, Vinschool, Vinpearl, Vinfast… or redeem incentives from VinID’s partners across the country.
