Lotusmiles Program has been upgrading its regular customer management system to add outstanding features and make it operational from xxxx April 2021 as it seeks to constantly improve service quality towards a five-star airline and also stay in tune with the digital technology trend.
The new system will have high security, be user-friendly and capable of supporting the development of new products, of which the following three are expected to be launched after the upgrade:

Family account: Family members can pool miles together to redeem awards; |

Extension of expiring bonus miles; |
 |
Restoration of expired bonus miles. |
While the new system is expected operational from xxxx April 2021, the conversion time will be from xxx April 2021.
After the system is upgraded, you can use your current password to access your Lotusmiles account.
Please kindly be advised and make mile transactions, such as claiming awards or missing miles, mile purchase and transfer etc. before the above period to avoid any disruption to your own plan.
