In order to smoothen transactions, please update as soon as possible your date of birth by two options:
Option 1: Log in to your account on Vietnam Airlines website and proceed with the update.
Option 2: Send an email from {-EMAIL_ADDRESS-} attaching a photo of your ID card or Passport to Lotusmiles Program.
