The Lotusmiles Program would like to announce that the frequent flyer management system has been successfully upgraded, a major step in the overall roadmap for becoming a digital airline with five-star services, bringing the best experience to the program’s members.
Lotusmiles member-orientated services that resume operation include membership enrollment, profile update, mile credit, award redemption, ticket purchase by Cash & Miles and membership upgrade.
Please note the following changes.

Members can use the current password to access personal account in either of three following ways:
• Lotusmiles card number + password, or
• Pre-registered email + password, or
• Pre-registered mobile phone number + password.
(For example: The mobile phone number is +84 989551100 where +84 is the country code, 989551100 is the mobile number. When logging in to Lotusmiles account using the phone number, please enter: 84989551100 + your Lotusmiles account’s password).

In order to enhance your account security, you can change the password based on the following rules:
• New password includes at least 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit and 1 special character.
• Password needs to be changed once a year. The new password should not match the last three passwords.
