One of the most important functions made possible after the Lotusmiles frequent flyer management system upgrade is the extension of bonus mile validity.
As such, Lotusmiles members can extend the validity of their bonus miles which are about to expire within six months.
Extended miles must be in package, each comprising 500 miles.
The following fees are for the extension:
♦ In Vietnam: VND 118,000/package
♦ Outside Vietnam: USD 5/package
Once extended, the bonus miles are valid for another 12 months from the original expiry date.
Following the extension, the miles cannot be used for qualifying tier and are non-refundable.
