Lotusmiles Program would like to announce that Lotusmiles services will be temporarily suspended from April 16 to April 18, 2021 for upgrading the frequent flyer management system. Please kindly be advised and make mile transactions such as claiming awards or missing miles, mile purchase and transfer etc. before April 15, 2021 to avoid any disruption to your own plan.
After the system is upgraded, you can use your current password to access your Lotusmiles account.
Please note the following changes.

Members can choose either of the following three ways:
• Lotusmiles card number + password, or
• Pre-registered email + password, or
• Pre-registered mobile phone number + password.
(For example: The mobile phone number is +84 989551100 where +84 is the country code, 989551100 is the mobile number. When logging in to Lotusmiles account using the phone number, please enter: 84989551100 + your Lotusmiles account’s password).

In order to enhance your account security, you can change the password based on the following rules:
• New password includes at least 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit and 1 special character.
• Password needs to be changed once a year. The new password should not match the last three passwords.
