Family Account is the first-time product launched in Vietnam and reserved exclusively for a group of Lotusmiles members in the same family.
The account members can collect bonus miles to get rewards, bringing a completely new experience to Lotusmiles members.

Steps to create a Family Account:
Besides online invitation, members may contact Vietnam Airlines branches or email Lotusmiles Customer Care Center to set up a Family Account.

• Use the whole family’s bonus miles to get rewards for Family Account members, or for the reward nominees;
• Use the whole family’s bonus miles to convert into qualifying miles/sectors for himself.
