Sharing with members’ difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles frequent flyer program has issued a policy to extend Lotusmiles membership to December 31, 2021.

Unfortunately due to a system error, the email with automatic card validity extension dated June 1, 2021 has been sent to you with incorrect information about the card’s validity.

Lotusmiles Program would like to issue the following correction: Your new membership card is valid through December 31, 2021.
