Face/Touch identification (ID) to access Lotusmiles accounts is one of the highlights brought by the recently launched Vietnam Airlines app version.
This new feature aims at personalizing each account while enhancing security. Without a password, Lotusmiles members can still access their accounts easily and securely.
Instructions for setting the face/touch ID:
| Step 1 | Install Face/Touch ID on your mobile device |
| Step 2 | Log in to your Lotusmiles account with your current password |
| Step 3 | Go to Face ID Login Setting under More |
| Step 4 | Enable the “On” state |
After successful installation, members can access the Lotusmiles account by using any of the following ways:

Lotusmiles card number + Face/Touch ID |

Email pre-registered with the account + Face/Touch ID |

Mobile phone number pre-registered with the account + Face/Touch ID |
