The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the lives of people around the world.
The social distancing recently has been a special time – A long silence. On the other hand, we’ve had a lot of time for ourselves, for our families and build up our energy, our plans for the recovery period.
Accompanying members during the difficult period due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Vietnam Airlines has swiftly issued a policy on extending the validity of membership tier and bonus miles for Lotusmiles members with mailing addresses outside Vietnam, specifically:

Extend for another 12 months for Platinum, Gold, and Titan cards that expire in the period from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021; |

Extend for another 12 months for bonus miles that expire between March 2021 and December 2021. |
Thus, Lotusmiles members still have their interests preserved and could further enjoy premium benefits when flying with Vietnam Airlines on upcoming flights.
Since the epidemic situation in Australia has been under controlled, Vietnam Airlines would like to announce the resumption of flights between Australia and Vietnam. Please contact Vietnam Airlines representative office in Australia for the flight schedule.
