Date of birth is one of the most important personal data.
In order to add bonus miles of your flights as well as to enjoy other special incentives, You are kindly requested to update your date of birth in one of the following three ways:

Access your Lotusmiles account using Vietnam Airlines mobile app or official website, select “Personal information” to update the date of birth. |

Send a request to update the date of birth by an email attaching photocopy of your Identity Card to lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com from the email pre-registered with Lotusmiles Program abc@…. |
| Option 3 |
Bring your ID directly to a Vietnam Airlines branch to request an update of the date of birth. |
