Enhancing security for personal accounts, including Lotusmiles account, is essential in the era of digital economy when e-commerce develops rapidly and online transactions have become increasingly popular.
In order to secure member’s accounts, please change the password for your Lotusmiles account according to the following mandatory rules:

Password must be changed at least once a year, since the last password change |

Set a strong password comprising at least eight characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character. |
Members who have not changed their password since May 2021 (the time Lotusmiles changed the system) should take the initiative to change password of their account.
