This is an important service improvement step, bringing convenience to Lotusmiles members. Previously, passengers could only request an upgrade at Vietnam Airlines’ official ticket office.
On the other hand, upgrading and purchasing more baggage using the Cash & Miles payment method raises the liquidity of Lotusmiles miles. With just 3,000 bonus miles in account, members can combine with cash to get rewards for a 10-kg luggage bag.
