Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles Honored with “Best Loyalty Program”

Lotusmiles – the frequent flyer program of Vietnam Airlines has been honored to receive the Bronze medal in the “Best Loyalty Program – Travel & Hospitality” category on August 12, 2022 in Singapore.

This is one of the prestigious awards in “The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022”, organized annually by Marketing-Interactive, an Asian site for advertising, marketing and media news. The award marked the first time in the Program’s 23-year history when it received international recognition.

Lotusmiles – “Regards customer benefits as the center”

With Lotusmiles, the first priority is to take care of, and ensure members’ interests. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Vietnam, Lotusmiles has proactively come up with feasible solutions to protect members’ benefits.

The policies implemented were “Lotusmiles membership tier and reward mile extension”; “Special Lotusmiles Tier Upgrade for Taking Domestic Flights”, “Fly Business Class, Get Membership Tier Upgrade”. As a result, even in the situation of flight restrictions due to the pandemic, Lotusmiles members still have the opportunity to keep and upgrade their membership tier.

Based on the data from an irregular survey in September 2021, Lotusmiles has received positive feedback from members about these epidemic-responsive policies. Members have given special compliment to the category of “Enhancing customers’ trust and loyalty to the company” with a score of 4.5/5 in the first campaign, and 4.25/5 in the second campaign.

Without stopping there, Lotusmiles further upgraded the management system and launched many products, providing “Family Account”, gift redemption at LotusMall using “Cash & Miles” method, “Lotus Bingo: Roll Now – Your Gift May Bounce”, health care incentives at Hong Ngoc hospital, insurance purchase with mile accumulation etc.

Thanks to members’ companionship and support, Lotusmiles has achieved many successes. The belief of our members in Vietnam Airlines’ future development serves as the motivation for us to always try and improve the service quality to bring the best experience to customers.
