The challenging year of 2022 is over, let's welcome the new year 2023 with aspiration towards a beautiful future.

Even though having faced many difficulties stemmed from the COVID-19 pandemic, Lotusmiles has been constantly striving, learning and creating to improve service quality, expand incentives, launch new customer-oriented products to win their hearts.

Over the past year, Lotusmiles has achieved impressive milestones in its development path. For the first time, Vietnam Airlines has been awarded with the “Best Loyalty Program – Travel & Hospitality” category within the framework of “The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022”. The award marked the first time in Lotusmiles’ 23-year development when it gained international recognition.
