With the desire to provide our Million Miler members with better service, Lotusmiles Program has recently added a feature to update the member profile photo in the Lotusmiles account as of December 15, 2022.

Thanks to the new feature, Million Miler members will be identified early by Vietnam Airlines staff and arranged with appropriate service standards at all service points, especially for the “Meet & Greet” service.

In order to update the profile photo, please follow the instructions.

	Access your Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com
	Go to My Profile\Avatar  to upload the photo. Photos must be in .jpg or .jpeg format, with a maximum size of 1 MB. The profile picture can be updated any time.
	Members could also contact Vietnam Airlines’ Customer Care Center staff (Telephone: 19001800; Email address: vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com) for assistance in photo update.

Lotusmiles is now working to bring this function to life on Vietnam Airlines app as soon as possible.
