Conditions:

• The gift card is valid for 1 year. Members can activate and upgrade the card within 6 months from the time of the card purchase;

If your existing Lotusmiles membership card is linked to a bank’s co-branded card to earn miles from spending, please advise the card issuing bank of the new number.

Your request to buy the membership card with a lucky number will be executed within 1-3 days from the date of successful payment after the member selects the offer in case there more than 1 offer.
