Mile Donation – A Way to Join Hands for Charity

Vietnam Airlines, the national flag carrier, has clearly defined responsibility in contributing to the sustainable development of the society through community-connecting activities.
At the end of 2022, Lotusmiles added a function allowing mile donation to Lotusmiles account. Now, Lotusmiles members have the opportunity to show their love to those in need by donating miles to charity projects in which Vietnam Airlines and Lotusmiles participate.
New projects will be posted on Vietnam Airlines website, and communicated to Lotusmiles members via email, text message or Vietnam Airlines app…

Instruction on mile donation

Log in to your Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com, go to “Donate miles“ |

Find out about a charity program and press the button “I want to donate miles” |
| Step 3 |
Select the mileage amount and press the button “Donate miles” |
| Step 4 |
Enter the OTP to complete the donation |
Lotusmiles is now working to bring this function to life on Vietnam Airlines app at the earliest.
