Lotusmiles members can claim excess baggage for themselves or their travelling companions (applicable to Million Milers, Platinum, Gold and Titanium members) on Vietnam Airlines-operated flights.

The excess baggage that can be redeemed online for each flight includes up to 2 pieces (up to 23 kg each) or 3 pieces (up to 10 kg each).

Note: 10-kg baggage is only applicable on domestic flights.

Claim baggage reward instructions:

	Log in to your Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com
	Select the Excess Baggage Redeem section and enter the Reservation Code
	Select Flight Sector, Passenger Name, Baggage Number
	Verify baggage claim mileage by entering the OTP code (sent to Lotusmiles member’s registered phone number)

After successful redemption, details of Excess Baggage Tickets will be sent to your email.
