Vietnam Airlines – Lotusmiles Program would like to announce:
Pursuant to Decision No. 2296/CHKNB on the regulation on Noi Bai International Airport’s security checkpoint service, as of July 1, 2023, security screening priority is extended to the following passengers:

Those travelling on special aircraft, executive suite or organizations prescribed by Noi Bai International Airport authority; |

Those with diplomatic immunity; |
|
Those with meritorious services to the revolution; |
|
Elderly passengers; |
|
Those with disabilities; |
|
Pregnant women or those travelling with children aged below 24 months; |
|
First Class, Business Class passengers. |
Based on this regulation, Lotusmiles Million Milers and Platinum members are temporarily not entitled to priority service at the security checkpoint of Noi Bai International Airport as of July 1, 2023.
