It isn’t clear when Hanoi's Autumn starts, but it has to be October when Hanoi really enters the season.
The sultry heat has gone, trailing summer. Early in the morning, the clear and pristine air triggers people to take a deep breath, as if to preserve the flavor of Autumn. In the street rustling dry leaves chase each of our steps. Chrysanthemums, yellow daisies and heath bells bring along the autumn sky with golden sunlights, taken by flower vendors who creep through small streets.
Let’s quietly watch the sunset on the West Lake, where golden rays of sunlight shine on the water at the end of the day before gently disappearing over the horizon. Alternatively, we could hang out with friends on Phan Dinh Phung street under the dense foliage of ancient dracontomelon trees. The street covered by a cool green shade in summer is often filled with flying yellow leaves in autumn.
Lotusmiles members are kindly invited to come to Hanoi and enjoy the autumn atmosphere that is spreading throughout the streets and alleys. Furthermore, please enjoy a 30-percent discount when claiming award tickets from now to November 30, 2023 (Flights until March 31, 2024). The incentive is applied for all Lotusmiles members.
