The Lotusmiles Program would like to announce that Vietnam Airlines will migrate its passenger service system to Amadeus from Saber.

Therefore, during the period from …h….day…… to……h……day….., temporary interruption will be expected to Vietnam Airlines’ reservation and ticket issuing system, other functions serving Lotusmiles members such as accumulating miles, redeeming miles for airline rewards (air tickets, service upgrades, baggage, Lotus lounge vouchers, airport sales of service upgrade and baggage), as well as the function allowing ticket purchase in combination with Cash & Miles.Hence, Lotusmiles members shall refrain from accessing the above mentioned system and functions during the interruption.
