Lotusmiles, Vietnam Airlines’ frequent flyer program, has beaten hundreds of competitors to reach the final round of the International Loyalty Awards 2024.
The only representative of Vietnam, Lotusmiles was nominated in two categories: “Best Social (CSR) Initiative linked to Loyalty” and “Best Loyalty Initiative within Leisure, Experience & Entertainment”.
The fact that Lotusmiles was named among the finalists for the International Loyalty Awards 2024 – an annual award honoring the world’s most innovative and effective solutions for loyalty programs – and which has yet to achieve the final results, affirmed the program’s efforts and continuous improvement to bring the best experience to customers.
