The Lotusmiles Program has introduced Gift Box, a new feature to exclusively provide incentives to members, since April 1, 2024.
Discount codes for air ticket purchase, for miles used in redeeming rewards, for buying bonus miles or qualifying miles/flights will be pushed directly to your Lotusmiles account’s Gift Box, in batches and personalized for each customer group based on age, gender and nationality.
Please don’t forget to check your “Gift Box” in Lotusmiles account for discount codes (if any) every time when you buy Lotusmiles products.
Steps to use Gift Box:

- Step 1: Log in to your Lotusmiles account on the website www.vietnamairlines.com
- Step 2: Select “Gift Box”
- Step 3: Select the Promotion Type
- Step 4: Select the Promotion Code and proceed for payment.
The Gift Box feature is being completed and will be launched on Vietnam Airlines app at the earliest date.
