“I am delighted to extend my warmest congratulations to you for being a FINALIST in the prestigious Loyalty & Engagement Awards,” shared a representative of Marketing-Interactive magazine, an Asian online publication for advertising, marketing and media which hosts the award for customer-centric practices.
“Undoubtedly, securing a coveted place on the shortlist stands as a testament to your unwavering dedication to consumer-centric practices that nurture, captivate, and retain your most valuable assets – your customers.”
Winners of the award are expected to be announced in Singapore in June.
In 2022, Lotusmiles won the Bronze medal in the awards’ category “Best Loyalty Program – Travel & Hospitality”, marking the first time when it received international recognition.
